Perfect for everyday items like sweaters, shawls, hats, baby items - anything! This is a plied yarn which has lots of bounce, it takes dye beautifully and knits up like a dream.

As with other hand dyed yarns, we would recommend alternating skeins every two rows or so.

We care deeply about the environment and we're aware of the effects that chemicals can have on it, so we make every effort to exhaust all dyes in the dyebath so that no nasties go down the plughole. It is not always possible to exhaust *all* the dye, all the time, especially with certain dyeing techniques, so if you are intending on using your yarn for colourwork or with paler colours it pays to give it a wash first, just to be sure.
