We are so excited to be offering gorgeous fabrics by Nani Iro. Naomi Ito, the designer behind them, creates gorgeous painterly prints on luxurious fabrics.

This print is of a pointillist design, including black, grey and silver on a white background. It creates a different effect when seen from a distance or close up. 

The base fabric gorgeously soft and light cotton sateen.

As with other hand dyed yarns, we would recommend alternating skeins every two rows or so.

We care deeply about the environment and we're aware of the effects that chemicals can have on it, so we make every effort to exhaust all dyes in the dyebath so that no nasties go down the plughole. It is not always possible to exhaust *all* the dye, all the time, especially with certain dyeing techniques, so if you are intending on using your yarn for colourwork or with paler colours it pays to give it a wash first, just to be sure.

We try to ensure all colours look true on our monitor but they can vary substantially. If you’re unsure about a particular colourway please get in touch!
